CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

⁠• If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all moneys paid will be non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% charge will be applied

⁠• If a booking is cancelled by the Customer less than 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% charge will be applied

⁠• If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the Customer, within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all moneys paid will be non-refundable.

DELAYS

  • ⁠• If the flight information was not provided to us on time due to unforeseen circumstances and the Chauffeur already left the garage, the waiting time charge will be added. In case of an extreme delay, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure that your vehicle is available upon your arrival.

Waiting time

Some services might also charge for waiting time if the client arrives late or if the driver has to wait for an extended period
